Shipping policy
1. Business Purchases
All orders placed on this website are strictly for resale and business use. By purchasing, you confirm you are operating as a B2B buyer.
2. Pricing & Payments
• Prices are FOB India unless stated otherwise.
• Prices exclude international shipping, customs duties, VAT, and processing fees.
• Full payment is required before processing.
• Accepted payments: PayPal, international cards, bank transfer.
• Currency conversion and bank charges must be borne by the buyer.
3. Order Processing
• Processing begins only after full payment.
• Standard processing time: 72 hours and depending on availability and order size.
• Custom/private-label products may take longer.
4. International Shipping
• Orders are shipped via AICS, CSB-V under services opted by buyer such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or similar others.
• Shipping timelines vary by country.
• Janasya is not responsible for delays due to customs, logistics, or local regulations.
5. Customs & Duties
All import duties, VAT, clearance fees, or taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Product Quality
• Minor variations in color, embroidery, handwork, and sizing (5–10%) are standard in ethnic & Indo-Western apparel.
• These are not treated as defects.
7. Returns & Claims
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Eligible claims may result in:
o Credit note, or
o Exchanged product shipped with another order
• No returns for custom orders, private-label items, sale stock, or size/color variation.
8. Cancellations
• Once an order is paid for, cancellations are not allowed.
• If approved before processing, gateway/handling charges will be deducted.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, branding, and content belong to Janasya.
Reproduction, resale of images, or copying designs without permission is prohibited.
10. Liability
Janasya is not liable for:
• Resale losses
• Customs delays or seizures
• International courier delays
Maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the order.

11. Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Company’s registered office courts.
